A couple days ago I posted that my friends and I will be doing the Nash Diet Challenge. We're are going to begin tomorrow and I am so ready! Above is what I will be eating for the week.
For most of the week this is what my diet will look like:
Breakfast- Rice Chex (Gluten Free) w/ Almond Milk
Lunch- Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad with nuts and lite dressing
Dinner- Baked Salmon with Veggies and Brown Rice
Snacks- Ingredients for whole fruit smoothies, fruit, Clif bars, and fiber bars.
....AND of course lots and lots of water to keep me hydrated!

With this diet all of us will be working out daily and sleeping better. I wonder if by the end of this challenge I will have more energy and feeling much better. I will be posting everyday of my progress, so check in for photos, videos, and updates!
